John Rosenberg’s practice emphasizes business litigation and representation of individuals and businesses in commercial transactions. John has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts and represented clients in many arbitrations. He has represented both employers and employees in cases involving trade secrets and non-compete agreements and has been in many cases involving real estate, trademarks, lender liability, condemnation, partnership disputes, and fraudulent transfers. He has represented banks and other lenders, varied businesses, individuals, physicians, and medical groups in litigation and commercial transactions.
